I had the honor of capturing the most beautiful SURPRISE proposal in South Haven, MI last weekend!

Alex reached out a few months ago while planning to propose to the love of his life in one of her favorite places with their favorite people. He told me how special South Haven, MI was to Caroline and her family, where she grew up spending summers at her Grandmothers cottage.

From our initial conversation you could just feel the genuine love and joy this couple has for each other.

Alex proposed to Caroline after dinner on the pier at sunset. It was so dreamy you guys. What made it even more special? Caroline and Alex’s family was waiting at the end of the pier behind the lighthouse to surprise her! The champagne, happy tears, and smiles were flowing that’s for sure.

Congrats again you two! It’s so clear that you are made for each other.
